Our policy for software license purchases and digital product subscriptions.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase for all software license keys and digital products. To be eligible for a refund, the license key must not have been activated or used.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The license key or product must not have been activated or used on any site or application.
  • Activated or used license keys are not eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions

For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided for subscription cancellations.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at cr.carlosandres@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order confirmation or receipt number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product and license key purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Digital delivery

All products sold by Position5 are digital goods delivered electronically. There are no physical shipments. License keys and download links are provided immediately after purchase.
